A busy parade of shops at Countesswells Road in Aberdeen’s West End has served the residents of Airyhall, Craigiebuckler and the surrounding area since the early 1960s.
Once owned and occupied by a local grocery and bakery firm, No. 76-78 is currently occupied by The Co-operative supermarket, who are signed up to trade and occupy the store under a 30-year lease.
Esson made its first acquisition on the parade (No. 70) in 1996. Its present occupant is Figment Coffee Shop.
Family run pet shop, Pet Comforts occupies No. 74. They are signed up to trade under a 20-year lease making the parade a strong investment for Esson's retail portfolio.
