Esson was founded, and remains based, in the West End of Aberdeen. Over the years, we have grown organically and established the company as one of Scotland’s most innovative property companies, capable of acting swiftly and decisively on new projects.
We are long term investors and not reliant on third party investment to deliver on our promises. Our key strength, aside from our demonstrable sector experience, is our reputation for delivery in an honest and transparent manner. Although there has been a notable sole focus on Scotland historically, Esson is open to new opportunities throughout the UK to support our ambitious growth plans. Selective Joint Ventures may also be considered depending on the opportunity and alignment with our strategy and ethos.

Supporting those most in need
Since its inception, the Foundation has set about providing financial support to young and old who find themselves facing difficult circumstances. The Foundation recognises the need to assist and support those people in society who are disadvantaged or face social or economic difficulties, have limited access to education, sport and recreational facilities, suffer from ill-health, disability or financial hardship.
